While we use proven strategies and work diligently on your behalf, we cannot guarantee specific results or a particular credit score increase. Credit evaluation outcomes depend on various factors including the accuracy of disputed items, credit bureau responses, and your individual credit history. Any company that guarantees specific results should be viewed with caution, as such guarantees violate federal law.

Our pricing structure and payment terms will be clearly outlined in your service agreement. You agree to pay all fees associated with our services according to the agreed-upon schedule. Payment methods include credit card, debit card, and electronic bank transfer.
Important: Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), we cannot charge or receive payment for credit evaluation services until we have completed the services we promised. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you sign any contract.
In accordance with federal law, you have the right to cancel your contract with us within three (3) business days of signing without penalty. After the initial three-day period, you may cancel at any time with written notice. Cancellation terms and any applicable refund policies will be detailed in your service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credit Boost Int'l LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal and financial information. All information provided will be used solely for the purpose of providing credit evaluation services and will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or litigation in accordance with applicable law. The laws of the state where our company is registered shall govern these Terms.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Credit Boost Int'l LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
